SimulStream is the new software application from Osprey. It will allow the user to create simultaneous multiple streams at different bit rate speeds through different streaming applications from the same source via a single Osprey card.
One Osprey card, located in one PC/encoding station can create as many different streams from a single source as the processing power of that PC/encoding station can handle.
i.e. 3 streams of 56k, 128k and 384k in Windows Media format and 3 streams of 56k, 128k and 512k in Real format - total 6 streams simultaneously, using just one Osprey card and one PC/encoding station - and in real time!
