For applications requiring players to auto-play and auto-loop upon power-up then the HD210 will suffice. For applications requiring a master and slave configuration with triggering by button press, etc. then the HD1010 is required as master with HD210 slaves.
Your synchronised HD media files must be frame-accurate and encoded as MPEG-2 Transport streams at 20-25Mbps, CBR.
This is not a 100% frame accurate solution (for total frame accuracy see the Adtec SE80). Any frame drift is not accumulative over the course of the day. Synched players are started together and re-started at each loop point and at each media file change in the playlists. The maximum drift will be 3-5 frames over a 25 min. playing loop.
